How does light bend when it passes through glass or water? We can easily show this using laser pointers. Both reflection and refraction are easily seen. 


Questions Answered:

Light reflects when it hit the surface of a different substance. Light refracts when it enters a different medium at an angle. Light travels in straight lines.
